> Why did you choose this job?
I think a developer’s job is something that you have to suit your aptitude. I’m not bored because I don’t do the same thing repeatedly. I can feel the fun and rewarding of creating. But this creation has many limitations. Moreover, requirements and designs are different from reality. Efforts are required according to changing surroundings. There are some things you should always study in the changing times.
> What is the most rewarding thing about your work?
I design a list of features to meet needs, implement them one by one, and I feel a sense of fun and accomplishment through creation. And I feel rewarded once again through the development results. It is also rewarding to see the results grow, such as the application of the program to solve safety problems at the site.
> What is the most difficult thing about working?
The hardest part is the lack of persuasion and motivation, often without knowing the reason and having to start implementing it. At times like this, things that can be fun enough seem to get boring for me. So, I think communication is that important. It is also an ability to overcome sudden problems and solve them, but once I am pressed for time to develop them with poor requirements, design, and testing, I am not satisfied with the process first and the completeness part.
> What do you feel working in Musma?
Musma is where I feel like I’m growing up. There are some parts of the process that are well-made and some that are not, but the process continues to be improved and complemented by the staff. Through those processes, we learn and feel a lot and develop together.
