What kind of work does the HW Development Team do?
HW Development Team oversees hardware related work for Musma products. We oversee designing instruments and circuit, developing control programs, reliability testing to verify product performance, and product certification and mass production support.
Please tell us slogan of the HW development team and the meaning of the slogan.
With autonomy and responsibility!
Musma is a young organization that basically aims for a horizontal culture. To keep this culture healthy, I think the most basic thing that is based on is autonomy and responsibility. Our team decided on the slogan to keep the basics well.
I’m curious about the work of HW development team members.
Woo Dong-hwi (Team Leader): As a leader of the HW development team, I oversee project management, as well as designing instruments and electronic circuits.
Kim Bae-kyung (Chief Researcher): I am PM who manages the entire process of planning, producing and delivering Musma’s smart industrial solution products to customers.
Lee Gwan-tae (Chief Researcher): As a GPS Tracker System PM, I’m responsible for overall scheduling and progress management, and for developing firmware that creates core programs to properly control and operate data collected from external sources on hardware and machines.
Lim Chae-hyung (Chief Researcher): I am responsible for developing and managing systems and instruments related to crane collision detection, a representative solution of Musma.
What are the required skills and recommended capability for the team?
As a product developer, basic instrument and circuit design and debugging skills are essential. In addition, you need to understand the process of product development and even write documents to make the work easier. I think you can learn more if you want to continue to grow your development skills.
