Thank you for using Musma Construction Asset Management Platform MCAS (hereinafter referred to as ‘service’). This policy describes the relationship between Musma Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Musma”) that provides Musma service and Musma service users (hereinafter referred to as “users”) or non-users of Musma service, and includes useful information that can help us use Musma service.

Musma uses Google Maps’ API in the process of collecting site location information and uses cookies to collect information for statistical purposes of Google Analytics.

The user or legal representative may exercise the following options in relation to the collection, use, and sharing of Musma’s personal information as the subject of information:

• Modifying or deleting personal information
• Pause in processing of personal information

• Until the service is terminated. However, personal information may be kept until the end of the relevant period in the following cases:

8. Procedures and methods for destroying personal information
Musma safely handles users’ personal information, and all the information you enter for the service has been achieved will be destroyed after being stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policy and other relevant laws. To prevent the leakage of personal information, Musma destroys personal information through the following methods.
• The personal information printed on the paper is shredded and destroyed by shredding.
• Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using a technical method that does not allow records to be played back.
