> What is your current job?
As the head of the HW development team, I oversee project management and product instrumentation and electronic circuit design.
> Why did you choose this job?
The biggest reason is that it fits my aptitude. The more I did it, the more I found it interesting and I felt like I could do better.
Sometimes I feel pressured to face something new, not repetitive, but I think that’s also the charm of development. Sometimes I get frustrated when my development process is blocked. However, if you overcome the moment well, you will feel more rewarding.
> What is the most rewarding thing about your work?
I feel most proud when I improved the existing product with some problems and applied it without any problems. Developers put a lot of effort into their products as if they were raising a child and pride as a developer comes when the child feels recognized in the world.
> What is the most difficult thing about working?
I think the most important and difficult thing is to decide the product concept and select the parts. This is because although the development itself is very difficult, I think that the concept of the product should be strong in the early stages so that it can be easily and efficiently worked and good products can be made.
> What do you feel working in Musma?
Musma is like the last stop where I can no longer retreat.
I’m working with pride and passion. I think the reason I can work with this thought is because I’m looking forward to Musma’s future and it tries to create an environment where employees can work.
