> What is your current job?
I’m in charge of the actual work that happens in the management support team. The accounting/financial part is the main work, but it is not yet large in scale, so I also work on personnel and general affairs.
> Why did you choose this job?
This is the first motto of the NIS, “Working in the shade and aiming for the sun.” I think this is the strength and weakness of my work. If you have a problem with your work, it can lead to a big problem for the entire company, so you should always be nervous and make no mistakes. It’s my job motivation to discuss the company’s future in close contact with management and to play an important role in helping decision makers make decisions.
> What is the most rewarding thing about your work?
Based on the information I provide through my work, I feel rewarded when it helps management make decisions and, furthermore, when it contributes to the company. In practice, I feel proud when there is little error between expected and actual closing profits. Because it deals with objective numbers rather than other parts, I feel the best when there is no error in the output.
> What is the most difficult thing about working?
The management support team is a department that communicates with all employees. There are times when it is not easy to balance because we need to consider various opinions and cases and understand the whole thing, but we need to think about the company’s position and the employee’s position. And it’s still small, so I’m in charge of a lot of different fields, so there are times when the flow of work is cut off, and I think that’s something that the company can overcome as it grows.
> What do you feel working in Musma?
Musma is a startup company, but it is growing fast. I think there are clear pros and cons here. I can experience a lot of things, but I can lose focus and concentration, right? However, Musma is a company that can communicate and seems to be trying to make up for such difficulties. So, it made me think that the company is more trustworthy and trusting me. I’m working with more responsibility.
