What kind of work does the Management Support Team do?
The Management Support Team consists of the Finance/Accounting and Personnel/Operation divisions. The finance/accounting division is conducting various support activities to manage the purchase/sales of the company, set the budget, and carry out the appropriate purchase/sales activities. And we also control the overall aspects of personnel management and company operations. We build a good working environment so that Musma team members don’t have difficulty working and we are responsible for the internal processes needed for the company’s work.

Jin Jun-ho (Director/Team Leader): I handle everything of management support team. I also manage the team members of the management support team, but since I oversee the operation, I also manage all the employees. In addition, I support the work related to national projects.
Kim Tae-soo (Section Chief): I do practical business related to finance and accounting. I’m in charge of managing the company’s sales and operating profit so that it can run well. Since it’s just a growing startup, I’m also involved in the operational tasks of establishing and improving the processes I need.
Kim Myung-jin (Chief): I support the overall work of the management support team on finance/accounting and personnel/operations, such as the payment of employees’ salaries or the actual funding of financial/account decisions. I am also working on planning and operating company events.
